I ordered this product by mistake. by the time i realized my mistake it had already been shipped I tried to contact the company but no response. The item arrived in good condition and I'm sure it would have worked fine if I tried it. The product gets three stars for shipped on time, product in good condition, and accuracy of order. It is missing two stars for customer service and overall satisfaction. I would have sent it back for a refund or exchange if I cared but it's only a few bucks, why bother.
