This fan can be connected directly to power supply through the adapter or to the three pins on the motherboard so that the fan speed can be automatically adjusted. This fan is not the quietest at full speed, but pushes out enough air to keep the case cool.

This fan has a three level switch letting you adjust the airflow. It does not have a LED. Very quite.
