I used this UPS as a backup power source during the Hurricane Rita. The unit actually powered my garage door opener! I was able to truck it around with no problems. I understand this is not what it was intended for, but if it can perform in the conditions powering an office computer is nothing for it. I still use it and I have encountered 8 trip events over the past three weeks with no interupption to my server. Stable!
