BayStack 450-12F 12 MT-RJ Ports 100BFX Switch Stackable

The BayStack 450-12F Switch has (12) 100BaseFX mini MT-RJ ports, one MDA slot, and a cascade module slot for stacking multiple units. Up to (8) switches can be stacked to achieve up to (96) 100BaseFX ports. The switch can also be stacked with other BayStack 400 series switches, including Ethernet switches, to accommodate flexible networks. The switch is designed with a fail-safe stacking architecture that protects connectivity by looping connection signals back at a point of failure. This way, in the unlikely event of a failure, all other units in a stack remain operational, with no interruption.The BayStack 450-12F switch features built-in support for Optivity network software, enabling complete SNMP and RMON monitoring and control. Your network administrator can choose to manage the entire network through the Optivity software, a Web-based browser, or via a console or Telnet connection from a single management station. There's also built in support for Spanning Tree protocol, IGMP snooping and MultiLink Trunking.
