I use this drive every day at work. We routinely burn all kinds of disks from VMs. Drivers and timing can be issues. The internal burners on my PCs work in some VMs but not in others. They often fail in the middle of a burn. When I use this lil' guy, it works every time. USB plug-n-play always loads the correct drivers for me, and it never fails in the middle. It burns successfully on USB1.1 and 2.0 ports, and it doesn't require power other than the 5v from the USB cable! Amazing! This is one of my favorite gizmos!

Purchased for my Tablet PC. Worked great for about two weeks, then suddenly had problems accessing any discs. Went through the hassle of getting an RMA from Buslink, within a week they had a replacement. This one worked fine for about two months, then it started doing the exact same thing the first one did. Dumped it for a Sony model that's been trouble free so far.
