I needed to convert a BNC connection from a computer in another room to RJ45, and put it on my NetGear Router. Of all the elements I researched, this was the one that appeared to meet my needs. Using the simple instructions and the T connector with the termination dongle on it from my hub connection, I was able to move the cable in less than 3 minutes into a waiting RJ45 connection. Moving it from the BNC Hub made all the speed difference in the world, no uplink needed, just PnP.5
