What are some of the workflow features that will process TIF documents? Automatically - A key zone (like an invoice #, patient SS#, etc) on the lead page of a batch of documents (now a multi-page TIF file) can be read either through OCR or through Bar Code Automatically - The data from the zone read can be compared with a database of the same data to determine if there is a correct match. Automatically - If there is a correct match, then several fields of other data that relate to the key zone is pulled back from the database source and associated with the TIF document image. (These "other" fields of data will become the index to search for the document later.) Automatically - If desired, documentINDEXER+ can transfer the TIF document image into a searchable PDF file or a non-searchable PDF - you pick.
