I had to stop buying the refilled carts because they are just horrible. The genuine HP carts are the best, but very pricy.

Yes, they're ink cartridges. They work as expected. The capacity is as on most cartridges too limited for the price paid. They could easily tripple the capacity in the space they consume but will not as they make more money sell these cartridges than selling the printers themselves. The quality level on photo paper is very high so I'll still keep them at 4 star.
