I have another so-called "Elite" model m9432 with the same cpu (Q6600) and one reason I gave this S**t another star that it's working like a jet engine for multitasking witch is 80% of my works..the gpu itself is NOT stable and starts to appear colourful points after 15mins of playing high-end games like farcry2..then the system restarts itself..I tried to change the GPU with GTX295 and I was shocked at the small space inside the case (MicroATX) witch causes a LOT of HEAT..you cant put another respectable graphic card..ONLY ONE PCI SLOT (uh-hu no SLI allowed)..this'll be a lesson for me and for any gamer like me for not choosing an aftermarket platform as a gaming rig! thank you..have a nice day!!

Purchased the HP Pavilion Elite m9160f Desktop from Amazon and got it a couple of days ago. Easy to set up and runs like a breeze. Has a wireless keyboard and mouse that I didn't remember from the product description, that was a nice surprise. Using a Samsung 2232GW 22 inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor and had no problems getting them to work together (Really looks great!). Runs Vista Home Premium and it takes a little while to get setup and then it goes out to the internet and looks for and then downloads updates so don't try and load other software for the first hour like I did. Runs Civilization IV at the highest resolution and no hicups. After running the computer for a couple of months the wireless keyboard and mouse have started to fail. After starting the computer and using it for about twenty minutes the keyboard and mouse stop working and the USB connector begins to blink every two seconds. Pulling and re-inserting the connector allows me to sometimes turn the computer off but sometimes not. A real pain in the rear end to deal with on an otherwise great computer.
