HP Pavilion laptops with Intel technology

HP Pavilion laptops have been known for their reliability and pricing. They have some of the best business laptops you will find. They have now started making some pretty good entertainment laptops as well. The HP DV7t Quad edition with Intel processors happens to be a solid entertainment laptop.
This laptop comes with Intel Core i7 processors. You can chose from the i7 2670 to the i7 2820 depending on what performance you’re looking for. The Core i7 series of processors are among the most powerful quad core processors available for personal computers and they won’t disappoint in terms of performance. It would easily run your programs with ease. The Turbo Boost technology which these processors have allows them to reduce their clock speed when idle. This improves the battery life of your laptop significantly. Coming to the operating system, this HP Pavilion Intel processor based laptop has options of Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional and the Ultimate edition. By default you get the home premium edition but you could get the Professional edition or Ultimate edition in case you need it.
The HP Pavilion DV7t series of laptops come with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM which you can upgrade to about 16 GB in case the programs you run require it. Otherwise 4 GB should be more than sufficient for watching movies or playing some of the latest games. This laptop has a dedicated AMD Radeon HD 6470 and 6770M graphics card. The AMD Radeon 6470 would be sufficient to play some of the latest games at standard resolutions but if you want to play games at high resolutions you would require the AMD Radeon 6770M. Lastly coming to the Hard Drive, by default you get a 750 GB hard drive but you could upgrade to about 2 TB if you required the space. You could also choose a 160 GB solid state drive if you have the need for speed!
