Intel Corp. Server Boards
The Server Board SE7520BD2 features Intel's E7520 chipset and supports dual Intel Xeon processors with an 800MHz system bus and up to 12GB registered ECC DDR2 266/333 SDRAM, dual channel with three DIMMS per channel. For expansion it features six PCI slots, a single channel parallel ATA-100 supporting two IDE devices, a dual-channel serial SATA 100 supporting integrated mirroring and striping (RAID 0 and 1), two Ultra 320/LVD channels, one legacy IDE connector for support of up to two IDE devices, five USB ports, one serial port, a floppy controller and two PS/2 ports. On-board devices include one Intel 82541PI Gigabit Ethernet controller and one Marvell Yukon PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller supporting teaming and failover, an integrated National Semiconductor PC87431M management controller and an ATI RAGE XL SVGA PCI video controller with 8 MB of video memory. This server board is validated for these operating systems: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Red Hat Linux Enterprise 3.0, SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9, and Novell NetWare 6.5.
