Prompt shipment. Unfortunately, it was an old cartridge and I got poor service from it. Better to buy in person, I think.

Came in perfect condition and was the best price I found-brand new.

I use my HP 4V laserjet printer for high quality DTP projects. Granted the 4V toner cartridge is expensive, but it is worth it for the high quality printing it does.I've tried the recycled toner cartridges from a number of different vendors and they always get returned because of the poor quality printing, probably because they do not use the "microfine" toner.For me, HP is the best!!
