I was concerned that this case would not be big enough but it carried two laptops on my most recent trip with ease. In fact, it rolled so smoothly that I had a moment's panic when I thought perhaps I had forgotten to put the laptops into it! It fit well in the overhead compartment and the handle is great as is the shoulder harness and the way it fits to your body. I love it.

I purchased this due to a back injury and the need to transport teaching materials. I walk 8 blocks to the bus each day. The functionality of the case is great and the narrow wheels may work fine in airports, but they wear very quickly on concrete sidewalks. The narrow profile concentrates the weight onto a small contact area. My bag experienced serious wheel wear in only two weeks of use. Still, I liked the case and contacted Kensington about replacement wheels. They do not sell replacement parts, and the wheels are non-standard. Not wanting to have to replace the case every 6 weeks, I returned it and purchased a case that was not as functional, but that had standard roller-blade size wheels. If you are limited to using this case on smooth flooring or occasional sidewalk use, it is fine.
