This switch is easy to install (mount on a wall in my case). It has been very reliable and works great. Quality is about the same as Linksys equipment.

Had the 8 port Prosafe managed switch. Needed more ports so I purchased this one. I copy a lot of large files and noticed this switch is slower than my 8 port (5 minutes instead of 2.5 minutes per 2GB). Still, much faster than 100 meg switches!

The product arrived quickly. It was very easy to install and worked as expected right out of the box. It is an integral element in my home network and provides the flexibility for multiple hardwired connections I needed. I would recommend it to anyone needing expanded hardwired capability in gigabit connectivity.
