I was impressed by how clearly I can hear and how clearly others hear me. The headset is comfortable and I like how it has dual ear covers, it helps block out noise around you. I have recommended this headset to my co-workers and let them try it out. They also loved it and have placed their orders for the same headset.

Bought this for work, and it worked wonderfully. Sound was clear and it was way better than the original one that I had. Only complaint was my ears would start hurting after wearing it for a few hours (I have to wear them for 10 hrs/day)...it's possibly a little too tight around the ears or the padding is not enough? I'm not so sure.

I was happy with this headset for the 8 days it worked. On day-9, no one could hear me on the telephone. After checking connections, amplifier batteries, etc., I concluded the headset had failed. I assume this is not common, but certaining an inconvenience for me. It's going to take several weeks to get a replacement by the time I navigate the supplier's return policy. Also, the connector is apparently Plantronics proprietary and not easily connected to anything except the telephone.
