This product does not slide very nice. For the price it should have flowed easily in and out. It slides rough.

The product is nice and exactly what we wanted but unfortunately it didn't fit on our desks. It is the way our desk were made. There is a lip under our desks so it wouldn't fit.

This 3M keyboard tray is extremely sturdy and very well built, but it doesn't glide in and out from under the desk as smoothly as I'd like. At first I though I had installed it incorrectly, but after measuring and remeasuring, using a strait edge and a level, I'm certain it's installed nearly to perfection. The tray arms lack wheels that roll along the tract that holds it in place, which results in a bit of fraction. I ended up spraying it all down with WD-40 and it resolved the issue a bit. This tray also adjusts up and down, which is why I bought it. But adjusting the tray can be a bit clunky. It doesn't really move as smoothly as I'd like. But once you have it in place, it stays there. The tilting feature is nice as well and the included mouse and gel wrist pad are nice additions. Overall, I expected a bit more out a product this expensive. Most keyboard trays that slide on tracts, like this one, are under $50. But this particular tray is adjustable and extremely sturdy. Whether I would purchase it over is a bit of a coin toss.
