Since my case already blows out hot air near the top, I decided to put it on the bottom of the case near my video card (ATI Radeon 4870x2, these things run hot!). My case temperature dropped a little (around 5); I can feel it blowing out hot air when I place my hands near it. It's not really a fan for your case, it's more for sucking out the hot air. Pros: It sucks out hot air where you place it. Cons: Could be a little stronger.

I got this to help with an overheating problem. It turned out that my southbridge fan was bad, which was why it overheated. After installing this the problem went away. I ordered a replacement fan but have not needed to install it yet. The computer is 10 degree F cooler with this installed. Recommended for anyone with a heating problem.
