This is a large, hard core bag. Fits all you need and more. Extremly heavy duty construction.

I bought this because the laptop bag I was replacing didn't have quite enough room for my accesories and files loose leaf notebook, and was showing signs of wear, and this seemed to be substantially roomier. And it was on special on Amazon for under $38.00 with free shipping. Wow!! Everywhere else I looked was getting $25-$40 more. Thast's what really make this a bargain and got me to try it. This bag is very well made with quality ballistic nylon and hardware, and very sturdy and will probably take a good beating and last. But its sturdiness also limits your ability to over-stuff it. It will stand up straight with all the compartments unzippered, so you can open it with your laptop in it and use it as a standing file without worrying about it falling over, which is realy convenient. It won't fall over even with every compartment fully opened. The laptop compartment is big and has about 1.5 inches of room beside the removable laptop pouch when it is in its compartment. The laptop compartment itself doesn't zip down the side very far, only about 1.5 inches, so inserting and removing the laptop and/or pouch, or anything else in the compartment isn't as easy as it could be. The expanding file compartment zippers all the way down and is very usefull and roomy. And there is another full size compartment about 1.5 inches wide that zippers about half way down. Also uselful for more files, accessories etc. The hidden shock chord arrangemnt at the base of the strap attachment is a nice little feature which can reduce the initial jolt to your shoulder if you have it loaded pretty heavy. The shoulder strap itself is ok, but not the best I've used. Gave it 4 stars, because of its shoulder strap, and stiffness, but nothing is perfect.
