Priced this item at most office supply stores etc. Found the best price at Amazon. Saved around $50.00

The TN04 series brother toner cartridges are easy to install and have an acceptable volume of toner. The cartridge comes in a very large box, with removable tape over the toner transfer ribbon. All you do is remove the plastic caps, pull off the tape, and insert it into the toner slot on the front of your brother printer until you hear a "click". After that the printer does the rest. After switching to laser from inkjet, my consumable costs have dropped mildly and the efficiency of my printing increased dramatically, so I am glad that I made the change. Likely, if you are reading this review, it is because you already own a laser printer compatible with this cartridge and are trying to decide where to purchase. With a coupon, which are sometimes available, I am able to beat the Amazon sales price at some of the local stores, but by the time I pay taxes I'm right back at Amazon price. So to save the hassle of looking for a coupon and driving to the store, Amazon is a no-brainer for me. The cartridge will ship free. Since I have a Amazon.com Prime membership, I almost always end up ordering these with 1-day shipping, since by the time I know that my toner is low, I don't have much time before I have to replace.
